This page explains what Learn Orlando Tutoring collects today, while the site is still pre-launch, and what will change once tutor and family accounts go live. This is a plain-language summary, not a final legal document — it will be reviewed and expanded before the site accepts real signups and payments.

What we collect right now

• Notify-list signups: if you enter your email to be notified at launch, we store that email address, which list you joined (tutor or family), the date, and the IP address the request came from (used only for spam/abuse prevention).
• Contact form submissions: your name, email, the category you selected, and your message — emailed to the right team inbox and kept on file so we can follow up.
• Basic analytics: we use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifying information. It tells us things like which pages are visited and roughly how much traffic the site gets — nothing that identifies you individually.

Cookies

This site does not currently set any cookies for tracking or advertising. Our analytics tool is cookieless by design. If that changes (for example, once account logins exist and a session cookie is needed to keep you signed in), this page will be updated and you'll see a clearer consent choice at that time — a login session cookie would be strictly necessary for the site to function, not used for tracking.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't share your email with advertisers. We don't use third-party ad-tracking scripts.

Removing your data

If you signed up for our pre-launch notify list and want your email removed, enter it below and it will be deleted immediately from our notify list.

If you've submitted a contact form message and want that record deleted, or once tutor/family accounts exist and you want your full account and profile data deleted, email support@learnorlandotutoring.com or use the contact form and we'll handle it directly — this is a small, honest project, not an automated data-broker, and we'll respond to every request personally.
